Working fun time.

HAHAHAHA! I was laughing my ass off during working larh today. I think my colleagues gonna scold us one day for making so much noise, while, sometimes. Happy right.

But I got a lot of calls today. All calls regarding to payments were transferred to me, they were asking for their payment. Sabar sikit can ahhh?

I have to be damn polite, like saying, "Sorry ah"; "We are quite busy for our closing, no time to print the cheque yet"; "I'll try my best to arrange for you". DUH! All this shits.

My colleague wrote me this today, awesome larh his handwriting. I got no idea how he wrote it, but if you can't read, you might need a mirror, this what he taught me last time. But this time I just read it from the back of the paper. HAHAHA!

And I'm so freaking excited for next week. I'm going to have 4 days off straight!! Whoots. Starting from the Sunday (8/4) to Monday (16/4), I just need to work for freaking THREE DAYS! NYAHAHAHA! Wednesday (11/4) will be the new Agong's installation day and Monday (16/4) is the public holiday for Malacca! Therefore, taking off day for the replacement on Friday, so I can have 4 days off!

And I'm going to KL and dunno where for training with Aikido Club during that long weekend. :D

Week 7.

Woke up about 3.45am on Sunday. Headed back to JB after so long, and i can't even remember when was the last time.

Ooo, blured. HAHA! Anyway, the sky of JB! The photo on my blog's header is on the way to JB too! HAHAHA Pretty.

Reached there around I forgot what time. HAHA

Went back to uncle house, previously my grandpa house about 10am or 11am. Had breakfast, damn delicious, ate so much and couldn't control, it was so tempting. HAHA!

Back to Malacca in the afternoon as I'm having performance later, get to reach the place at 4pm something. Was in a rush for me. HAHA!

Performance was great. And ended up backed after 12am. My eyes were in pain on the next morning.

Works for these 2 days are still on closing. Busy with all paper works. It's already week 7. Time flies faster when work. HAHA!

So lame larh. I dunno what to say. HAHAHA

Earth Hour now. No mood larh to participate. Only off one light HAHAHA! But Renaissance is currently celebrating it. Most of the outlets are having discounts for dinners. Saw other staffs with the earth hour's logo shirt on. Y NO GIV ME? sobs.

And then, one of the MMU's event, law night is going on. Went to have a look before I back today. Anyway, left office 7pm today.

We are allowed to replace one day to off, now I'm so headache cos dunno which day to choose. HAHA!

This afternoon went for lunch with colleague, walked so far but its nice food overall. My stomach bloated like dunno what. Gosh, gonna keep fit again.

Finally, my babies are all back to me after 3 person's signatures. Gonna send for one more signature and then have to say good bye to them.

All printed by me can. So proud. HAHA!

But anyway, the person who scolded me for payment, I told him I will print on yesterday. But YOU THINK I SCARED AH?! I didn't print still. Slowly wait kay.

Hmm, so I'm going back to JB tomorrow early morning. And then back as soon as possible. Having performance at night. Good luck to us ahhhhhhh!! =S

Tho I'm free from work tomorrow, but some of the colleagues are going back for work, one of the colleague get my number from me and will call me if she got any problem, cos she's going to do some tasks from my part. See larh, they are lack of staffs till this stage, and I'm the only one who knows everything for that part.

But know what, we suggested to HR department to post job vacancies on MMU's bulletin board. HAHAHA!!

Kay larh, have to finish up my weekly report and sleep earlier. So freaking tired larh.

Where's the food?

Damn, I need more fooooood!

I'm on hungry status the whole day even I eat really alot today. What is this. Imagine that I can't wait for my breakfast tomorrow! HAHAHA!

Supposed having a pretty Saturday tomorrow, but boss asked me back for work cos last day of the month usually damn busy. Even some of them are going back to work on Sunday. Btw, we will get paid for working late, just knew it today. And can be I can get another to replace, get an off day another day.

So today I was scolded by the supplier like shit. LIKE I OWE HIM ONE MILLION. MADERR. Even appeared at my office to look for me, Hello, I'm just a trainee can, is the other department's manager didn't pass me your beloved invoice, how to make payment for you. Stupid. But luckily, I was in my DOF's room. So I had escaped. MUAHAHAHAHA!

I'm sick again larh. Just recovered not long ago now have to take medicines again. What larh. Grr.

Kay larh, shall have my snacks now. I want foooood.

Working or Intern.

Finally I got to sit in front of my laptop at this time. I was still in campus at this hour for the past few days. Slept at 1am+ and woke up at 7am+. Ended up my immune system breaks down. I'm having flu, hopefully no fever.

So yeah, very busy working and then practicing for performance. I stayed up till 7pm at my working place, was too tired I guess. And then I MADE MISTAKE ON THE CHEQUE! So got to void that cheque and typed manually on the cheque using typewriter. Freaking scary, till my hand kept on sweating. Hope everything can go through. Pray hard!

Tomorrow supposed to go back for check up but then I feel like I have to go for work as I can't stay too late cos I have to rush back for rehearsal.

And now is like more to working life, no more internship. Cos what we do is like what a permanent staff would do. Good right, actually learned so so much! Sumore now will be very busy for closing, cos month end.

Gahh! Fighting!

Busy week.

I could predict that this week will be freaking busy like no tomorrow!

1. The colleague left, so I have to handle everything by my own.

2. It's end of the month. It's the time to close the account for the month.

3. I had promised to perform for 24 festive drum on the coming Sunday. So I need to back to practice every night I guess.

4. Need to back to hospital for check up. And then I think I will be late for work and have to replace back.

5. This Saturday is off from work, but it's end of the month, I wonder they will ask us go back to work if too much things. Or else, I think I have to practice for performance tho.

6. Need to back to JB in the early morning on the Sunday for Cheng Meng!

7. Sunday, the performance day.

8. Then will be the beginning of the month. Beginning and end of the month will always be the most busiest period of the month.

9. Aikido's AGM.

My so-called to do list. Duh!

But it's alright, I can learn how to organize my time well. Great tho.

And, hope my body can tahan all of these. HAHAHA

Today was the last day for colleague C! Aww, I was feeling so sad when she saying bye and hugged before she left. Thanks her for teaching me so much and wishing her best of luck in future!! :'(

So yeah, we went to Long Feng, it's a Chinese restaurant in Renaissance. The deco is damn pretty and the foods are superbly delicious! Seriously! Please do try if you got the chance, but the price you know larh, 5 stars hotel HAHA! But I didn't get to see any menu., just know the dim sum buffer on every weekend is RM38++ per pax.

Whoots! They pre-ordered 3 dishes! That is called Chicken Mamak if not mistaken! Damn nice!

And beside is the Claypot seafood yee mee? Something like that and one more was vege.

And they get some dim sum from the dim sum buffet, I wonder we need to pay for that or not. And chai dao kuih! Not bad. And DURIAN ROLL! MY GOD! IT'S SUPERB! It's like they fried the durian. The skin of the thing is crispy and the durian inside. Heavenly! Slurrp! They say will bring us go for our last day. Hehehe.

So yeah, I'm all alone now for account payable. I will get calls from those creditors, asking for payment like Loan Sharks. It's more on paper works. Sending those invoices for department's head for approval and a lots larh! And I have to print cheque.

The funny thing is, I have to create creditor accounts for new vendors, staff included myself, posting the invoice into the system, print the cheque, and signed on the 'prepared by' column. Then after few person's signatures and the signatures on the cheque, I will get the cheque. And you will see another signature for receiver. Then, the same signatures will be on the 'prepared by' and 'received by'.

Funny right.

And we came out an idea, should I ACCIDENTALLY key in one more Zero behind ahh? HAHAHA!

Some how it will be kinda stress, have to be freaking careful, you imagine you have to print a RM200k's cheque and you posted the wrong thing? Die or not you tell me.

So yeah, challenges approaching!

My notes for some steps. It's just 5% out of everything? There are more in my note books and I had typed all of them out. I'm like having lecture notes you know.

And finally, I get to go for badminton tomorrow with bro and his friends. HAHA! I'm having too much nice foods larh in this internship. Gah! Diet plan failed cos went to Long Feng today. So yeah, exercise!

Yeap, gonna start exploring on my job starting from tomorrow.

Tomorrow will be the last day for colleague C! Gosh, I'm the only one who knows everything doing with this Account Payable's jobs. Trainee works what the permanent staff's do. It sounds like the company is using trainee, by paying low allowance but doing a complete set of works. But yeah, I hope I can cope with it, and I take it as a challenge.

And Monday will be the official day I'm on everything by myself! No, I think will be tomorrow, cos she just works for half day while I'm working for full day but I wonder she will stays longer? Hmm.

Early in the morning, when I reached the hotel, BLACK OUT! Fuhhh!! Heard was due to TNB, idk what. So, only one lift was working, ofcos they got generator. HAHA! But not the entire hotels got the current. So yeah, we went up by stairs until level 6 and luckily the lift was on that floor when we reached.

Finally we reached the office and we were asked to stand by at every floor to direct the guests to use the staircase. So yeah, me and colleague J were at level 12 and the housekeeper said there were one more room with guests. We waited for half an hour or more and hoped the guests to check out earlier but there were another housekeeper said they were already checked out! And they opened the door to prove us. GOSH! We waited like bodoh for nothing. =.=

Time files today. Idky. HAHA!

Then farewell party for colleague C, eat again! I had taken my lunch but purposely had less so I can eat during the farewell. HAHA! Very fattening can. So, I said that I'm not going to take my lunch tomorrow. We will see how huh. HAHAHA!

Today I was asked to helped up for General Cashier side, cos the staff resigned for Idk what happened. Something went wrong I think. Everyone was so tension after he left for a few days, vulgar words were flying around. They asked me not to get shock for it. HAHA! Multitasking larh me. Always got called for this and that cos it was so happening that I know those tasks.

Good larh! Get to learned so much of things! :D

Just for laugh HAHAHAHA!

I.was.so.freaking.busy.today.

Today things were the same until 2pm+. Everyone left for rep session with the GM except trainee, new staff and one more who is leaving very soon. And then, downstairs for the receiving side got nobody to look after. So, I was asked to look after since I got the experience.

Received calls like mad. 4 phones there. A 5 person's office. So, I'm like multitasking. ONE PERSON DOING 5 person's job. HAHAHA! And then, it was really happening larh. Suddenly there are some argument between vendor and the storekeeper. 'A' said 'B' lebih, 'B' said 'A' lebih. I think I'm the one lebih there. What the hell. But anyway, I still managed to control.

The rep session were supposed to end at 4pm, ended up I left office at 6pm but yet there are still in the meeting's room. Fuh! So I left lots of notes for them.

Today I got to received some alcohol drinks, and yeah! These are all of them! So pretty larh the bottle. HAHA!

I wonder, is the Grey Goose Original Vodka tastes like goose? HAHA!

My friend text me asking me whether to join them for the trip to Cherating or not. But then I rejected. Cos they are going on next Friday. I refused to take leave as next week will be the end of the month, the most busiest period for every month. I worried I might faint for overload works when I'm back on Monday. Somemore, I might take half day leave on the Thursday as I need to go to the hospital for appointment.

And right, even tho I took MC that day, they still want to deduct my allowance for what? Might as well don't ask for the MC from doctor, can save paper larh like that. Or I may also skip from work without any supporting documents right? What the.

Nah. Kek sim!

Fattening.

FINALLY FINALLY!! PHEW. SPENT ABOUT 3HOURS TO COME OUT WITH THE NOTES! FEEL SO PROUD OF MYSELF. HAHAHAHA! KAY, PERASAN I KNOW.

Yea, was so busy doing the notes that asked by my colleague, C, who is leaving soon. She was damn freaking worried that I couldn't handle those tasks. So to be safe, she asked me to make notes nicely. I hope she will feels good by seeing my notes. HAHA! Cos right, after she left, I'm the only one who knows everything to do with Account Payable, she taught me everything she knows. Wish me luck after this! =S

And then, those who are going to get this position can just have my notes. So nice right, my hard work. But my colleague did some notes for me too larh. HAHA

Today, my department was so so empty. Director of Finance went JB for training, and another 2 colleagues went for training, and one on leave. Left only 3 staffs, 2 trainee and one more new staff. So let's party, they said. HAHA!

Hmm yeah, new colleague was here and then, I was asked to brief her also with my colleague. Why larh, always ask me to brief new staff. HAHA! Trainee can. But nevermind, I don't mind. HAHA!

So party time, got treated for lunch! McD. Huurrayyy! It was kinda funny cos one of the colleague, J forced another colleague, T to treat us.

And also got a honeydew from colleague W cos she knew we were finding for honeydew. Cos the menu said there were honeydew but we always couldn't get cos we were quite late for lunch, and no more for us.

And also, got a chocolate from colleague, J.

Then, gonna have farewell party this Friday for the colleague C who is leaving and colleague J who gave the chocolate gonna treat us lunch this Saturday at our very own restaurant which is Long Feng in Renaissance! HAHAHA! But I guess is for the colleague C who is leaving.

You tell me, Fat or not! My god! I need some exercises!

Ohh maybe this Saturday gonna strip the bed sheets and all cos the expected occupancy is 100%. Great.
